At Unique Tile, we take pride in delivering high-quality tile services and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking any services.
1. Service-Based Work (e.g., Installation, Repairs)
Due to the nature of service-based work, refunds are not issued once a project has started. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us immediately to address the issue. We are committed to resolving reasonable concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Non-refundable items include:

Labor charges for services already rendered

Travel or consultation fees once performed

Materials already installed or cut to size
2. Deposits and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to schedule and reserve service dates.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled work date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before service may result in a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
3. Custom Orders and Materials
Custom tile orders and special materials are non-refundable once purchased. This includes:

Design or layout consultations
If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will work with our suppliers to replace it, but cannot guarantee refunds for third-party issues beyond our control.
4. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. You may request to reschedule your service appointment at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. Late changes may incur rescheduling fees.
5. Disputes and Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the final outcome of a service, please notify us within 5 business days of project completion. We will inspect the work and offer a solution if the issue falls within the scope of our service guarantee.
